Faculty Positions

The Indian Institute of Crafts & Design, Jaipur has been set up in 1995 by the Government of Rajasthan as an autonomous Institute of Excellence with a national mandate to work as a catalyst in the Craft sector. It commenced it Major Education Program in 1999 and since 2007 is in Public Private Partnership with Ambuja Educational Institute.

The Institute offers specialization in Furniture & Interior Products, Home Textiles at PG Level. Soft Material Application (Fibre, Fabric, Leather, Paper) Hard Material Application (Stone, Wood, Metal) and Fired Material Application (Ceramics, Pottery, Glassware) disciplines are offered at UG level.

The Institute will soon commence its Continuing Education programs in Enterprise Management and Craft Research & Development. As part of Institution building and upscaling or activities, IICD invites participation of interested candidates for the following positions:

  1. Professor: 2 Positions
    Experience: 15 years and above

  2. Associate Professor: 2 Positions
    Experience: 9 years and above

  3. Assistant Professor: 2 Positions
    Experience: 3 years and above
