Paper Business
General Manager- Paper Conversion & Printing (Code: GMP): Printing Graduate having more than 5 years experience our of which at least 4-6 years at a senior management position in a paper converting and printing unit. Must have techno-commercial experience, risen through from a production to sales and overall in charge having specialization in the stationery manufacturing & commercial printing. Must show capability to handle entire operations of the industry including Production, Sales & Marketing, and understanding of Finance. Age range 35-45 years.
General Manager (Production) - Paper Conversion & Planning (Code: GMPRO): BE/ D Printing Technology having more than 15 years of experience out of which at least 4-6 years production experience at a senior level position in a paper converting and printing unit. Must have thorough knowledge of exercise book manufacturing, prepress, offset printing, bindery operations. Special credit shall go to candidates with a production maintenance engineering background with the capacity to develop and implement a durable preventive maintenance program for the Factory. Age range 35-40 years.
Regional Sales Manager - Paper Conversion (Code: RSM): Graduate with MBA, having 8-10 yrs of experience in handling Regional sales preferably in a Paper Conversion Unit with proven sales track record. Will be responsible for overall Sales Planning, Target achievement, Implementation of Market strategies & sales promotional activities, Monitor & Motivate team of sales executives in achieving targets. Age range: 30-40 Years.
Human Resource Manager (Code: HRM): MBA/ PGDBM - HR /Industrial Relations having 10-12 years experience out of which at least 4-6 years at Corporate level handling multiple location & Group companies HR Functions in the areas of Drafting HR / Corporate Policies, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Manpower Planning and Deployment, Organization Development Recruitment and Selection, Experience of Training and Development, Performance Management and other employee engagement related activities. Age 35-40 Years.
Group Commercial Head (Code GCH): Degree /Diploma in Materials Management or SCM having more than 10 years of experience in handling commercial/ purchase activities of manufacturing unit with multiple locations. Overall responsibility of Commercial operations of the Group includes Procurement, Material and Inventory Management, Logistics Management, Vendor Management, Price negotiations and Rate contracts finalization, Multi-activity company person with Engineering background will be given preference. Age Range 35-40 Years.
Head - Security Printing Division (Code: HSP): Printing Graduate having more than 10 years experience in handling security printing business. Should be able to handle team of people to deliver the results in Sales of high Security Printing Products like bank checks, share certificates, Government ID's, passports, visa, certificates. Will be responsible for the security printing unit profitability and managing the regional markets. Age range is 35 to 45 years.
Business Development Manager - Age Range 28-35 Yrs, Preference MBA with 4-6 years of experience in respective field.
Group Internal Auditor (Code: GIA): Qualified CA having 8-12 years of experience in audit work of a multi product, multi-location diversified group. Must have strong understanding of internal control, risk assessment. Will be responsible for strengthening Internal Audit, Conducting Systems, Process & Operational Audits in various functional areas for identifying any gaps / loopholes as well as financial Audits & determining reliability of various manual & systems. SAP working knowledge is Must. Age range: 35-45 Years.
General Accountant (Code: GA): Inter CA/ M.Com with more than 5 years experience in General Accounting having good experience of Tally. SAP knowledge & audit background would be preferred.
Textile Division
General Manager - Textile (Code: GMP): B.Tech/ B.E. - Textile education having more than 15 years of experience out of which at least 4-6 years at a senior level position of managing a business unit/ Profit Centre of a Composite Textile Unit. Must have techno-commercial background having specialization in the Textile manufacturing Plant & operational activities with proven record and should have ability to handle entire operations of the industry including Production, Sales & Marketing, Procurement Finance. Age range 35-40 years.
Business Development Manager (Code: BDMT): Graduate with MBA, having 8-10 yrs of experience in handling sales & distribution network, preferably in a textile company, with at least 3-5 yrs in senior position. Candidate should be able to generate targeted revenue through aggressive selling, channel management, brand promotion and market positioning. Age Range 30-40 Years
Garment Sales Manager Business (Code: GSM): Graduate with MBA having 10-12 years of experience in Garment selling products with proven sales track record. Must be very aggressive in selling through Direct Clients, Channel Sales and Institution Sales. Will be responsible for overall Sales Planning, Target achievement, Implementation of Marketing strategies & sales promotional activities, Brand & Product Development as well as New Product launches. Age range 30-40 years.
Lab In Charge (Code LIT): B.Sc - Chemistry / B.Tech in Textiles having 6-8 years of experience in textile chemical & physical laboratory with excellent working knowledge of all aspects of Lab Testing of woven & knitted fabric, Dyeing, Printing, Preparatory & Finishing. Age Range: 28 - 35 Years.
QA/QC Manager (Code: QAT): B.Tech in Textile having 10-12 years of experience in QA/QC. Should have experience in assuring the quality right from raw material to final finished product. Must have enough knowledge & experience Implementation, Standardization & Maintenance of Quality Assurance System, Will be responsible for quality in Spinning, weaving, Dyeing, Finishing, Printing dept. Must have hands on experience in Product Audit, Layout Inspection, Quality Rounds, 0 Defect Production. Candidates having SIX SIGMA, KAIZEN, TQM Experience & knowledge will be given preference. Age Range: 30-40 years.
Real Estate Division
General Manager - Real Estate (Code: GMRE): Graduate Civil Engineer / Architect preferably with an MBA degree with more than 10 years experience in sales & marketing, planning, estimating and development of housing and commercial real estate projects. Must have risen from the civil work to supervision to site management and should have managed multiple projects n shall have end-to-end project management, execution and delivery responsibility for the various real estate projects. Experience of project report preparation is preferred.
Oil & Petroleum Division
Geologist / Business Development - Oil & Gas (Code: BDG): B.Sc/ M.Sc - Geology with more than 10 Years of experience in Oil & Gas Industry. Age Range: 35-45 Years.
All positions are based in Uganda/ Rwanda. For this positions candidates must be computer savvy and exposure to ERP/ SAP working will be added advantage.
