SMR Builders a leading construction company 2.5 decades of experience with 4-5 million sft under construction & planning to come up with 7.0 million soft in South India is looking for talented dynamic professionals for the following positions.

Project Managers: B.Tech./ M.Tech (Civil) with minimum 8-10 years of work experience in Multistoried Residential/ Commercial buildings. Must have through knowledge in quality control & managing the project schedules. Age below 40 yrs.

Deputy Project Managers: B.Tech/M.Tech (Civil) with minimum 5-7 yrs of work experience in Multistoried Residential/ Commercial buildings. Must have through knowledge in quality control, assisting the Project Manager and managing the project schedules & resources. Age below 40 yrs.

Senior Engineers: B.Tech/ M.Tech (Civil) with Construction Management preferred. Should have 5 yrs experience in controlling all quality systems, procedures & monitoring the project schedules. Should have at through knowledge in services, testing reports and identifying the QC of the materials. Age below 35 yrs.

Quantity Surveyors: B.Tech (Civil) with 5 yrs or Diploma with 8 yrs experience in preparing BOQ's, Rate Analysis & contractors' running bills for multistoried apartments. Knowledge of Auto CAD is a must. Age below 30 yrs.

QA/ QC Engineers: B.Tech (Civil) with 5 yrs experience in construction industry with 2 yrs in Quality Assurance / Quality Control Activities. Knowledge of PMC procedures will be preferred. Age below 30 yrs.
