1. Asst. General Manager - Marketing: 2 nos./ Sr. Manager - Marketing: 4 nos.
   Experience: 7-12 yrs in Sales & Marketing.
   Age: Maximum 42 years.
   Job Profile: Developing new project sites, renewing existing sites, training & guiding team members, generating & increasing business through business development.
   Should be willing to travel and take care of projects situated outside Kolkata.

2. Manager/ Team Leader - Marketing: 4 nos.
   Experience: 5-10 yrs in Sales & Marketing.
   Job Profile: Coordinating promotional activities, undertaking administrative work in the sales division, generating sales leads, maintaining relationship with clients for business generation, preparing sales reports.

3. Sr. Executive/ Executive - Marketing: 10 nos.
   Experience: 3-4 yrs in Sales & Marketing. Fresh MBAs can also apply.
   Job Profile: Daily sales calls, playing active role in achieving sales target.

Should have excellent communication & interpersonal skills to deal with clients and explain them about the residential projects. Computer proficiency required.
